A Kiddies Care facility is available at the gym for children under 12 years of age. The staff are only too happy to watch over your little ones to give Mom and Dad a chance to get through a workout. Scaled down gym equipment designed especially for kids are available for the little ones to enjoy a mini gym workout, just like mom or dad is doing.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Is available at the gym for members wishing to have that extra attention and guidance. Our well trained Personal Trainer will be happy to discuss any needs / goals you have as well as the time frame you have set yourself to achieve these goals.
BEGINNERS CLASSES AND PROGRAMS
Even if you have never trained at a gym before, BodyQuest staff will get you started with the right beginner program, to get you on the road to changing your life and achieving your wellness goals. Beginner classes are available for new members to enjoy aerobics classes at their existing fitness level.

Available are our branded T-shirts, caps, training towels and kit bags as well as accessories to improve your training experience such as training gloves, weight belts and swimming caps.

BodyQuest health and fitness gym is conveniently situated in the Avenues
Shopping Centre, Springs with ample secure parking for its gym members.
